Fibres, just like proteins and Omega 3s, have a major place in a balanced diet. Whether soluble or insoluble they play a role in digestion, particularly by interacting with our intestinal microbiota.

With more than a third of its composition being fibres, flax is rich in dietary fibre, when combined with oats or barley, it possible to obtain flours containing between 15 and 35% fibre, including beta-glucans, and soluble fibres of interest for cardiac, intestinal and immune system health.
